Events
Develop events are generally organised around a central topic of current interest with a speaker and a chance for questions and informal debate.
This format provides groups with the opportunity to network with other organisations and share information and best practice. Some networking events allow groups to put forward their views to their representatives on local strategic partnership boards.
Our latest programme of events is listed below. Click on Event Name to get detail of individual events.
The 'More Info' link will give you additional information on
the format and detail of the event listed.
Community Lunches - latest presentations below
These local
networking events are for voluntary organisations, community groups
and others working in the community. They offer groups the chance to
meet over lunch, share information about their organisation or
project and to meet others working in the area.
Community Lunch Presentations:
These lunchtime meetings revolve around a specific theme
of immediate interest to the sector. There is usually a presentation
and participants bring their own lunch to the venue. Drinks and
biscuits are provided.
Community Centres Network (B&NES Only)
The Community Centre Network is a self-help
network of Community Centres and Halls operating in and around Bath.
